- For 1 year after the purchase, if there is a problem with the device because of our fault (mismade product, etc.) we will pay for all costs for sending it back to us and shipping a fixed one to you.
- For 1 year after the purchase, if there is a problem with the device because of your fault (accident, breaking, fire, spilling water, etc.), you will pay for the shipping to send back to us and also for any parts that we have to remake, and we will ship it back to you for free.
- After 1 year, if you have any problems with the device, you can pay for the costs for sending it back to us and getting it fixed (parts, etc.) but we will provide the service for as long as you own Inno-Sense.
