Setting the device to 0 Point is the most important idea that you have to understand.
If you don’t set the scale to 0 before using the device’s modes, the calculation may be inaccurate.
The 0 Point can vary depending on sharp temperature differences, shock, wind and time.
The smallest unit of measure that Inno-Sense can handle is 0.1g.
To reduce the error range, it is advised that you use objects that are at least 1.5g different from each other.
The weight of 1 Countable Object should be bigger than 1.5g.

- Temperature : The sensor of the electronic scale is made from metal. Therefore, if there are sharp temperature differences between the stage and backstage, the sensors may malfunction temporarily (This is for extreme cases, cases with differences bigger than 10 degrees Celsius). We recommend you give InnoSense sometime to settle and get used to the temperature of the stage.
- Shock : The maximum weight that you can place on the sensor is 1kg. After assembling the table and moving it around, you may cause shock to the sensor. It is advised that you reset the zero point after placing Inno-Sense on the place you wish to position it.
- Time : The electronic scale’s sensor is subject to the Zero Drift phenomenon - the scale will think that the weight of an object gets heavier and heavier (even if it’s a very small difference) if you place an object on the device for a long time. It is advised that you reset the zero point before use.
- Wind : The top of table has wide and thin surface. if there is wind on the stage, for example strong air conditioner, the sensor can't stay in right weight. it will make 1~2g error. We recommend you to check the sensor keeps same weight in all air conditioner system fully working.

- The Top Plate of Inno-Sense is only held together by magnet of the Sensor (for accuracy and safety reasons). This means that if you place objects only on the sides (perimeter), the balance of the table will shift. It is advised not to lean on the table, or place heavy objects only on one side of the table.
Inno-Sense is a device that uses Bluetooth 4.0 and RF 473Mhz
- When there are no obstacles, the Bluetooth range is 10m.
- When there are obstacles, the Bluetooth range may vary.
- Bluetooth signals cannot penetrate metal or the human body.
- Please make sure to check the distance between yourself and the Inno-Sense Extender, to see if there are any problems with Bluetooth connection.
